Actual time of payment |
When you make a "provisional reservation" with TravelAffiliatePro.com, you reserve a room but do not actually pay for it immediately. A provisional reservation means that your booking is not guaranteed until you pay the hotel at the time of check in.
When you make reservation with TravelAffiliatePro.com there are two possibilities. The fist is that you just reserve a room but do not actually pay for it immediately. You pay the hotel directly at the time of check in. That is why we say, “Book now, pay later!” The second possibility is that the hotel requires full payment immediately when you book the room online so that credit card deductions are reflected instantly. If requesting a refund don’t just assume you have been charged for your booking and always check before requesting a refund. Also, please ensure to bring payment to the hotel if you have not already been charged the full booking amount. Group reservations |
We would be more than happy to make reservations for your entire group. All you need to do is to fill in the Group Booking Request Form & submit your request. In case the strength of group exceeds 20 people, just leave a comment in the " Comments Box"& we will take care of your requirements. Feel free to contact tech support for further assistance. |

- Our sales department will be able to assist you with booking infant travel.
- Infants
are children under age 2. Each traveler age 12+ may accompany up to two
infants in their own seats or one infant in the traveler's lap.
- Lap
- Travelers (must be age 12+) in your party will hold the infant(s)
throughout the flight. Please note that while infants in laps usually
ride for free on domestic flights, a fee is charged on most
international flights.
- Seated
- A separate seats for the infant. You will be required to supply an
infant car seat to ensure the infant's safety. The car seat must meet
airline specifications. Seats reserved for infants may be billed at
special infant fares. Please check with the carrier for more
information.

Email notification |
Usually, a reservation is processed immediately, and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after booking a room. At the most your confirmation will arrive within 2 hours of booking. In case there is a delay in processing your reservation, which is very rare, you will receive an email that notifies you of your reservation but does not provide a confirmation number. As soon as we receive the confirmation number from hotel, we will send you another email that contains your confirmation number along with other necessary details. |

Booking and confirmation numbers |
Be sure to save your PNR number and confirmation number. You will need these numbers to view, cancel, or alter your reservation and for any further communication with TravelAffiliatePro. Please store this information safely; we are not responsible if someone else accesses your information and uses it to cancel your reservation. |

Confirming your reservation |
Once your reservation is processed, it can be confirmed through our View/Cancel Reservation page. If you are able to access your reservation through this page, be sure that your hotel room has been successfully booked. The best way however to confirm your reservation is to call the specific hotel directly. Usually the hotel will contact you to confirm your reservation, but just in case it does not, then you should call the hotel yourself.

Changing your reservation |
You can change a previously booked reservation any time before the actual date of the reservation. To alter your reservation, please call our tech support at 614-408-8271 or contact the specific hotel directly. Policies vary for different hotels. Some hotels require that you make changes within a certain time frame; if you change too close to your reservation date, then you may need to pay a penalty. For some hotels, you will need to pay a penalty regardless of when you change. Other hotels do not charge fees. When you book a room through TravelAffiliatePro.com, the hotel's individual policy is displayed on the site. |

Canceling your reservation |
You can cancel your reservation through our View/Cancel Reservation page. Be sure to have your PNR number, email address, and cancellation code ready. You can also cancel by calling the hotel directly. In this case, you need to provide the hotel with your confirmation number & room guest first & last name. (Please store this information safely; we are not responsible for the consequences if someone else accesses your information and uses it to cancel your reservation.)
