Hotel Amenities Definition

  • Air Conditioning:
    Refers to any form of cooling, ventilation, heating or disinfection in order to cool or dehumidify the indoor air for thermal respite.

  • Airline Desk:
    Place from where hotel guests can make thier airlines or plane bookings and reservations or check timings and availability.

  • Babysitting:
    A temporary job of taking care of a child on behalf of the child’s parents. A common practice with teenagers in an attempt to earn some extra money.

  • Barber Shop/Hairdresser:
    A business where the main occupation is to cut different styled hair, trim beards and give shaves.

  • Beauty Shop/Salon:
    A shop that traditionally sells cosmetics or a shop where beauticians and hairdressers work.

  • Business Centre:
    A commercial premise available to the occupiers for a short period of time strictly on a membership basis of the centre.

  • Business Services:
    Provision or facility for guests whereby, a temporary occupancy is offered to guests for their business offices and other purposes.

  • Casino:

  • Children's Program:
    Television programs designed and broadcasted especially for the children of all ages. These may be either entertainment centred or may be for educating the youngsters.

  • Coffee Shop:
    Refers to a small restaurant or cafe that traditionally serves coffee or espresso based drinks in combination with light refreshments.

  • Conference Rooms:
    Also known as a conference hall, this serves as a place for business conferences and is most often commonly built with hotels and convention centers.

  • Connecting Rooms:
