Guaranteed reservations must be canceled before 6pm local hotel time on the date of arrival to avoid a no-show billing of one nights stay on the credit card used to guarantee the room. A reservation is not considered canceled without a valid cancellation number. Reservations made through world span must be canceled through world span.
