Here at the north end of south beach ocean drive starts just four blocks south. the beach is very close but on your first evening youll want to do that essential parade down ocean drive the coolest street in miami. Just a block away from the hotel is lincoln road. Here youll find over 25 art galleries the colony theater the miami city ballet lots of great outdoor cafes superb restaurants trendy clothes shops and burdines department store. The hotel is a restored thirties building as is the
south beach tradition. The lobby is cool and theres a pleasant pool with sun terrace to lounge on in the afternoon. Coffee is available free all day. Theres a street side cafe for light meals and of course wherever you walk around here youll come across restaurants and dinky little cafes. Golf and tennis can be found nearby and its an easy drive to discover local natural wonders such as key biscayne with its amazing beaches and snorkeling. As for the nightlife well that's all around and the staff will give you lots of good advise on whats hot and whats not.
