Each guest unit offers a private bath King or Queen bed as well as additional sleeping accommodation for 1 guest. Each unit is equipped with extras and amenities of a nice hotel including but not limited to a writing surface robes and slippers cable TV and VCR phone, access high speed internet and WiFi, clock radio, CD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, extra pillow and blanket. All guests have access to free off-street parking, phone and on-site coin-op laundry. All pricing is based on 2 guests per unit. Additional guests are 15.00 USD additional per night. We also offer a lovely and private 1 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom offers a Queen bed while the living room can sleep 2 additional guests. There is also a table and chairs and view of our lovely yard. There is an adjoining efficiency unit so when both are available this can become a 2 bedroom apartment. The adjoining efficiency unit has a King bed and private bath private entrance and all the amenities listed below. These adjoining units may be requested but are not guaranteed until it is verified that the correct efficiency units is available. Specific bedding is generally not guaranteed however we will make every effort to accommodate guest needs or requests sometimes at an additional charge. When you book early enough we are happy to rent the entire property to large groups or family reunions etc. at a discounted rate. There are 3 guest rooms can sleep between 6 and 10 people total. There is a compact full kitchen available when the units are rented by a family or group. A minimum of 7 nights is required to book the entire property at a discount when all units are available.

Just bring your own food and paper goods. All guest units have access to a guest computer coin operated washer and dryer video and book library and free off street parking. Some rooms have a view of our magnificent mountains while others view our back yard with perennials. All guests are welcome to take a stroll in our back yard or relax in the sun on our back deck. We reserve the right to substitute similar or better accommodations. Specific unit my be requested in advance for an additional fee if confirmed in advance. This unit had an adjoining door to an efficiency unit which can be requested to make this a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment.
